Tha Truth has been set free.
On the heels of his Post Malone-assisted single “Too Late,” Trae Tha Truth unleashes his ninth studio album, Tha Truth, Pt. 3, the latest installment in his lengthy discography.
Trae comes with some assistance on this project, as Lil Durk, Young Thug, Skippa Da Flippa, and Wyclef Jean make appearances. Plus, “I’m On 3.0″ features the jam-packed lineup of T.I., Dave East, Tee Grizzley, Royce 5’9”, Curren$y, D.R.A.M., Snoop Dogg, Fabolous, Rick Ross, Chamillionaire, G-Eazy, Styles P, E-40, Mark Morrison, and Gary Clark Jr.
Aside from having his famous friends on the album, Trae also made it a point to rap from a personal perspective. “Tha Truth, Pt. 3 reveals more of my personal life,” he said. “It’s gonna be one of my best albums to date. full of instant classics and timeless music. I get more personal on this album-I’m not going to reveal exactly how – you’ll have to experience it for yourself. But for one example, on ‘My Intro Song,’ I’m talking to my brother who was murdered.”
The latest LP follows last year’s Tha Truth, Pt. 2 and Tapped In, his collaborative project with Mozzy, which arrived in December. Stream Tha Truth, Pt. 3 below.
