The wait is over.

Before the end of the year, Roddy Ricch is set to return with his highly-anticipated sophomore album, Live Life Fast. Taking to Instagram, the Grammy-winning rapper revealed the Dec. 17 release date along with the cover art.

“livelifefast 12/17 spread the word,” he wrote in his caption.

Live Life Fast arrives two years after Roddy’s debut Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial. The album opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and spawned the Diamond-certified hit “The Box,” which spent 11 weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100.

Roddy has been teasing fans throughout the year. In September, he revealed a screenshot of his iTunes library, which showed a 51-minute project with 18 tracks including the “Live Fast Intro.”

“It’s from a different place,” he told Nick Cannon of his new music. “A lot done changed in life so I just felt like giving my fans just a transparent new set of life, more so where I’m at.”

In an interview with Complex, he added, “I want to bridge the gap between my old fans and my new fans. That’s what I’m on a mission to do with this next situation that I’m working on.”

Back in June, Roddy dropped his Mustard-produced single “Late at Night,” which peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. Following the Grammys in March, he released “Heartless (Live From L.A.).”
