Mr. and Mrs. Smith have a new place to call home.
Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have purchased a $11.3 million mansion in the guard-gated community of Hidden Hills, Calif. According to Dirt.com, the two-story house features more than 10,000 square feet of living space and was completed in early 2020. Described as “Napa Modern,” the property had been on the market since June of 2020 before the Smiths bought it for nearly a million dollars off the original $12.2 million asking price.
The 1.2-acre estate includes six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an open kitchen with two islands, and a formal dining room with a refrigerated wine closet. Other amenities include a soundproof movie theater with velvet walls, game room with wet bar, and a gym with its own steam shower.
The outdoor space is ideal for al fresco entertaining with a full outdoor kitchen and BBQ, infinity-edged pool with spa, firepit seating area, full-size sports court, and a “serenity lounge.”
The celebrity-filled enclave of Hidden Hills is home to other famous residents include Drake, Madonna, Lil Wayne, and the Kardashian-Jenners.
The Smiths also own a $42 million estate on the outskirts of Calabasas, and a second ranch-style Hidden Hills home, occupied by their son Jaden Smith. Last year, daughter Willow Smith paid $3.1 million for a modern home in Malibu.
Additionally, the power couple’s real estate portfolio includes properties in Woodland Hills, Calif., Pennsylvania, and Maryland, plus a 10,000-square-foot ski chalet in Park City, Utah.
