T-Pain remains one of music’s most in-demand collaborators.

Taking to social media, he revealed the long list of features that are still on his to do list. Among the 18 artists/producers/DJs he promised features to are Ty Dolla $ign, Kelly Rowland, Yung Bleu, Murda Beatz, Tech N9ne, and more.

“This is the list of features I actually HAVENT done yet that I’ve gotten since the whole ‘situation’ a while back and I’ve promised to deliver,” said T-Pain, who recently discovered his direct messages requests folder on Instagram. “This is just features that I actually WANT to do. I’ve talked to these ppl personally and accepted the job.”

While he’s not complaining, he admits that the pressure is wearing on him. “I don’t think we know what kind of pressure we put on others,” he wrote. “I literally can’t keep up with the ppl that aren’t on this list that hit me everyday to add work to my crazy work load.”

And this is just a list of artists in the queue. There are more that didn’t make the list who will have to wait even longer. “If you ask me for a feature at this point, just know that this list is in the order that the requests were received so there’s no way to get to the top of the list,” he said.

T-Pain says he has put others before himself and that’s why his album Precious Stones has been delayed so many times.

“I Love y’all but Gaaaaaaaahdaaaaaaamn I’ve pushed my own album back 3 times because I’m making sure everybody else is good,” he said. “I’m gettin to it I swear. New deals comin in everyday, new DMs everyday. New screenshots from my homies saying their homies want hooks.”

Between his album, podcast, and film projects, he has a full workload. But he still refuses to phone it in. “I know I make this shit look easy but I can’t just come off a set filming a movie or a commercial and sit down in front of the studio and just blurt out random words like most ni**as do you and your features,” he added. “I actually give a fuck about your records and in order for me to feel like I’m leaving quality shit behind for when I’m gone I gotta take my time.”

He received support from friends including Anderson .Paak, Lil Mo, and PnB Rock, who sympathized with him. “You speakin every artist’s life rn braddah,” he commented. “do you take care of yo shit everything else will fall in place no kizzy.”
