Post Malone is set to return this week.

In honor of the rapper’s 26th birthday on Sunday (July 4), his manager Dre London announced that Post’s new single “Motley Crew” will be out Friday (July 9). He shared a clip from the champagne-soaked video shoot in Malibu, Calif. along with a snippet of the upbeat track.

“Happy Birthday my brother @postmalone I tell u all the time you are 1 of the realest Americans I ever met!!” London wrote in his caption. “So of course your day is today! This week we celebrated by shooting a MOVIE!! I’m excited to finally announce new single ‘Motley Crew’ dropping Friday!”

Additionally, he announced that Post’s new project is coming soon along with a concert documentary. “Full project with Concert Doc coming real soon!” he added.

Motley Crue frontman Tommy Lee was on set of the shoot and revealed that he will be featured in the upcoming video. “I’m in it!!” he wrote on his IG Story. “His next single is called ‘Motley Crue’ I sh*t you not!!!!”

Post has been working on the follow-up to 2019’s Hollywood’s Bleeding, which he started recording during the pandemic last year.

“I want to make an album that will uplift and show that people are not alone in their times of loneliness and worry and that at the end of the day we all just need to show love to everyone on the planet and figure things out,” he previously told WSJ. Magazine. “So we’re working pretty hard, and I think we’re making some incredible stuff.”
