Swae Lee is speaking to his brother on camera for the first time since his stepfather was killed.

In a clip from Swae’s new Snapchat docuseries “Swae Meets World” (via TMZ), Swae and his mother, Bernadette Walker, dialed up Michael Sullivan, who is in a Mississippi jail facing a first-degree murder charge in his father’s death. At one point, Bernadette asked Michael about that night in January 2020.

“I was hearing voices,” said Michael, who is Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi’s younger half-brother. “I thought dad was trying to make me kill myself. Like my stomach was hurting, I couldn’t eat really.”

An emotional Swae offers his brother some encouragement, adding, “Keep your head clear, Mike. We ain’t forgot about you, bro.”

On Jan. 6, 2020, Tupelo police were dispatched to a home where officers discovered Swae’s stepfather, Floyd Sullivan Jr., who was shot at least once and died on the scene. Michael was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

The 20-year-old, who was taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation prior to his arrest, faces life in prison if convicted. Swae’s mother says Michael has Schizoaffective disorder and might have been off his medication before the shooting.
