Snoop Dogg wants smoke with Eminem.

Tensions are mounting after the two exchanged some heated words on wax and in interviews. After hearing Eminem’s “Zeus” track, on which he called out Snoop for “doggin'” him, Tha Doggfather has responded.

An Eminem fan account on Instagram asked if Snoop was being disrespectful when he said he could “live without” Eminem’s music during an interview with “The Breakfast Club.”

Commenting on the post, Snoop called Em’s diss weak and threatened to respond. “Pray I don’t answer that soft ass Shit,” he wrote.

On “Zeus” off his new project Music to Be Murdered By – Side B, Em clapped back at Snoop for leaving him off his top 10 rappers list. “And as far as squashin’ beef / I’m used to people knockin’ me / But just not in my camp,” he raps. “And diplomatic, ’cause I’m tryna be / Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me / Man, dog, you was like a damn God to me / Man, not really / I had dog backwards.”

Speaking with “The Breakfast Club” in July, Snoop credited Dr. Dre for Em’s success and said he could do without his music. “That’s one of my teammates, that’s one of my brothers, he did that,” he said. “But when you’re talking about this hip-hop shit that I can’t live without, I can live without that.”

Eminem also addressed Snoop’s “disrespectful” comments on a recent episode of his Shade 45 radio show. “I think it was more about the tone he was using that caught me off-guard ’cause I’m like, where is this coming from? I just saw you, what the f**k? It threw me for a loop,” he explained.

“I probably could’ve gotten past the whole tone and everything, but it was the last statement where he said, ‘Far as music I can live without, I can live without that shit.’ Now you’re being disrespectful. It just caught me off-guard.”
