Kendrick Lamar is still down with TDE.

The Compton rapper has responded to rumors that he left his longtime label. Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith shared a “PSA from Kendrick Lamar” featuring video of a stuffed animal with narration by Kung Fu Kenny himself.

“Top, you gotta stop them from smuttin’ my name, man,” he says. “They been smuttin’ my name all year, man. You ain’t said nothin’, man. Enough is enough, man. I done shook the label and all that, man.”

He continued, “They must don’t know about that pickle juice that’s under your red cap, about that sweat that’s holding that red cap together. The reason why it don’t fall off your head, man…that lubricant. You need to tell them the reason why that cap don’t fall off your head, man. So why would I fall off?”

Top also seemed to squash the reports by sharing a photo of him–clad in his signature red TDE cap–and Kendrick, who has remained out of the public eye for months, walking together with masks on their faces.

Based on Kendrick’s comments, it appears that all is well within the TDE camp despite rumors of a rift. Earlier in the week, a notorious leaker who goes by Antixbound claimed that Kendrick had left TDE for his own pgLang upstart.

Last month, Kendrick was spotted shooting a music video in downtown Los Angeles. In May, Tiffith indicated that K-Dot was still signed to the label when he told fans that the wait for music would soon be over.

“Stay patient king Kendrick will return soon,” he commented.
