August Alsina is dealing with more relationship drama.
On Friday, just hours after Jada Pinkett Smith confessed to having a romantic relationship with the singer, August responded to a tweet from Keke Palmer addressing their rumored past relationship.
A fan shared a photo of Keke and August in a car from 2015 and asked if that was her. “Yes girl,” she responded before saying that the two never dated. “August was never my man lol. That’s why you’re still reaching to this day to figure out nothing.”
After seeing her tweet, August snapped back at the “Good Morning America” host. “U absolutely right.I was NEVER ur man,” he proclaimed, adding, “You could possibly never shortie.”
He insinuated that Keke was obsessed with him at one time. “It seems u mad u got curved, but ur ‘friends’ r the reason 4 that.Dey showed me an endless thread of txt/pics of me dat u sent, wrry’d abt who i date &BEGGED me 2 not further disturb ur mental instability.”
Earlier in the day, Keke seemingly addressed August’s relationship with Jada following her “Red Table Talk.” “The theme is boundaries. Everybody doesn’t need to know your business, that’s not fake it’s honoring one’s privacy,” she wrote in one tweet.
August claimed Keke was being messy by inserting herself into the conversation. “Imagine not knowing how to mind the business that pay you,” he said. “I catch all the subliminals. (Not just about today) & you can call me whatever you like, Mess is constantly inserting yourself in topics you have nun to do w/. Go play w/ ya MAMMY! Not me!”
He also told her to stop with the subliminals. “If you have something to say, say it w/ ya CHEST kids,” he added. “It’s always very perplexing cause I real deal be showing people genuine love. Whole time that envy eating ya lil heart. Anyway, NEXT!!”
