The Game is showing some generosity to his former G-Unit groupmate.

Young Buck has reportedly fallen on hard times and filed for bankruptcy amid reports of financial issues. But he’s trying to get back on his feet by launching his Buck for Buck fundraiser on social media, asking his followers to donate one dollar via his Cash App.

“I guess everybody checking out the headlines about me only having $100 in my pocket and my jewelry only worth $100 and only $100 worth of clothes,” said Buck. “That’s all it takes. Let’s fix this. I almost got a million followers, so one buck for Buck, we’ll see what it do.”

He received many generous donations, but the most surprising one came from The Game, who sent him $1,000. “Ni**as keep hittin my DM’s tryna be funny wit this video of my ni**a ‘Young Buck’ aka @buckshotz asking for people to cash app em $1….. hate to see my ni**a havin to do dat type sh*t,” said Game.

“Know we ain’t holla’d in years but I had to hit ya shit wit a band just on the strength. & I’m gone send another $1,000 to somebody young & black to help them out wit they situation this month !!!”

The Game shared a screenshot of his donation with the memo “G G G G-Unit.” “Times are krazy for everybody right now & we all gotta do our part to make sure the mission is finally accomplished,” he added. “The world is watching……. Aye Buck, stay up blood.”

Last month, AllHipHop reported that Buck had filed for bankruptcy a second time to void a debt owed to his former label boss 50 Cent and G-Unit Records. Buck, who recently served time in prison for child abandonment, is asking to “reject any and all executory contracts with G-Unit and/or Curtis Jackson.”

Buck announced that he would be taking his Buck for Buck donations and launching a non-profit organization called Give 2 Get to support families in mid-life crisis. “This organization was definitely built from the people and for the people,” he said. “Keep sending your donations and let’s help these families out here.”
