Ariana Grande is moving into a sweet new crib.

After an extensive house hunt, the Sweetener songstress has purchased a three-story house in the Hollywood Hills for $13.7 million. Set high above L.A.’s Sunset Strip in the coveted Bird Streets neighborhood, the 10,000-square-foot home features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

According to Dirt.com, the modern mansion was designed by L.A.-based firm iDGroup and completed in summer 2018. It was originally listed at $25.5 before the price was reduced to $17.495 million. It remains one of the priciest homes sold in the Hollywood Hills this year with nearby homeowners including Leo DiCaprio, Keanu Reeves, and several Walmart heiresses.

The ultra-contemporary property boasts an expansive kitchen with designer appliances, a private terrace, and a boutique-style closet. Other features include a gym, wellness center with sauna, 300-bottle wine cellar, home theater, and a lavish bar. Outside there is an L-shaped infinity pool with sweeping views of the L.A. basin.

This is the first permanent L.A. residence for Grande. The 26-year-old singer, who is dating luxury real estate agent Dalton Gomez, was previously leasing a 6,226-square-foot mansion in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

Grande also owns a 4,000-square-foot Manhattan apartment with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, which she purchased for a reported $16 million in 2018.
