Trey Songz’ son Noah turns one today.

In honor of the big day, the R&B superstar returned to social media to share photos of his baby boy and pen a heartfelt tribute.

“I love you Noah. I thank God for bringing you to me at a time I needed your love the most,” said the proud father. “1 year passed unbelievably fast but within the first second of meeting you, I knew you would be the light of my life until I take my last breath. Happy Birthday son.”

He also posted a video of Noah laughing in response to his father’s laughter and another adorable clip of them beatboxing together. “Noah on da beat,” Trey captioned it.

Trey welcomed Noah on April 20, 2019, sharing the first photo of his son a few weeks later. “My son Noah. We are blessed and overjoyed,” he gushed.

When curious fans inquired who Noah’s mother was, Trey shut them down. “Noah’s mom and you don’t have shit to talk about. And the rest of y’all either mind ya fuckin business,” he said.

Trey has been absent from social media and music lately. Aside from his “Chi Chi” collaboration with Chris Brown last year, he hasn’t released a project since his double mixtape 11.28 in 2018.
