Baby got bars.
The Quality Control rapper showed off his skills with a fiery freestyle for Charlie Sloth’s “Fire in the Booth” series on Apple Music. During his nearly three-minute freestyle, Lil Baby unleashed his supercharged flow, rapping about his money, hustle, and chains.
“Money over everything, that’s still the motto,” he rapped. “Ballin’ hard today like we won’t make it to tomorrow.”
He capped it off with a humble brag: “That was easy, drop-top breezy, dance like water ni**a, dance like Chris Breezy.”
On Friday, the 25-year-old MC will release his long-awaited album My Turn featuring appearances from Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Future, Gunna, and Moneybagg Yo.
“Due to the fact that I haven’t dropped in a year — and the year that I didn’t drop was the year that I blew up — this is a whole different me,” he told The New York Times. “This a whoooole different everything.”
