Amber Rose is facing her critics head on.

The mother of two recently got a tattoo of her sons’ names, Sebastian and Slash, on her forehead. She revealed photos of the “Bash Slash” tat on Instagram, with the captions: “When ur Mom lets you draw on ur Barbie” and “Beauty is not what’s on the outside…. it’s what’s on the inside that counts. Inside of my Pussy and inside of my heart.”

The tattoo, the work of artist Jacob Ramirez, received backlash from some on social media who criticized her choice to get a tattoo on her forehead. But Rose brushed off her haters. In a message posted on Instagram, she addressed the criticism.

“For the people that are telling me I’m too pretty for a face tat are the same people that would tell me that I’m ‘too pretty’ even if They thought I was ugly and lie to me Lol Or they would just tell me I’m ugly,” she said. “So either way The moral of the story is do whatever the fuck you want in life.”

Rose has a 7-year-old son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz, who goes by Bash, with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa. She and her boyfriend, Def Jam executive Alexander “AE” Edwards, welcomed their son Slash Electric Alexander Edwards in October.

Edwards previously got his own forehead tattoo of Slash and Bash’s birthdates. The ink features a lightning bolt between the two dates, “10•10•19” and “2•21•13.”

Face tattoos have become increasingly popular. Chris Brown recently got a tattoo of a Nike Air Jordan III on his cheek while The Game paid tribute to Kobe Bryant with the number 8 on his forehead.
