Summer Walker links with Usher in the highly-anticipated video for “Come Thru.”
Directed by Lacey Duke, the steamy clip was shot at night at the 285 Flea Market in Atlanta. The R&B siren poses on top of a car in black latex amid fog and neon lights before meeting up with Usher. The R&B icon puts it down with his sexy co-star and shows off his signature moves while decked out in all white.
Produced by London on da Track, the track samples Usher’s 1997 hit “You Make Me Wanna…” Jermaine Dupri, who produced the original version, also makes a cameo.
“Come Thru,” which was recently certified gold, is the second single off Walker’s record-setting debut Over It, which opened at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and remains in the top 10.
The 23-year-old songstress, who recently won her first Soul Train Music Award, wrapped her “First and Last Tour” in late December. She has been booked to perform at Coachella in April.
