R&Bieber is coming.
According to HITS Daily Double, Justin Bieber will release his highly-anticipated new album before the year is over.
The project will reportedly consist of R&B songs, which he dubbed “R&Bieber.” It may also feature some high-profile collaborations including a “possible reunion with Drake.” A tour would also follow.
The superstar singer has been fueling the speculation himself. He teased “R&Bieber” on Instagram last month and told fans that he would release an album before Christmas if he receives 20 million likes.
“Share it, like it, post in your story, I gotta see the demand 😉 love you guys pumped for it!” he wrote on the post, which currently has 12 million likes. “I’m almost done but your support will make me move faster.”
Bieber hasn’t released an album since 2015’s Purpose. In April, he returned to the stage during Ariana Grande’s set at Coachella where he teased new music.
“So anyways this is my first time on stage in like two years, so I had to get my groove back. I had to get my swag back,” he told the crowd. “And by the way, album coming soon.”
In the meantime, he has been collaborating with artists including Chris Brown, Gucci Mane, Dan + Shay, Ed Sheeran, and Billie Eilish.
