The Game is firing back.

The Compton rapper is speaking out for the first time since losing an appeal and being ordered to pay $7 million in his sexual assault case. While on stage at the How the West Was Won festival earlier this month, Game addressed the $7.1 million judgment awarded to Priscilla Rainey, a reality dating show contestant who accused him of sexual assault.

“Everybody got something to say, this that. I don’t give a fuck about none of that,” he said. “I’ve been The Game my whole career, I ain’t deterred, ni**a, I’m me! I’ve been shot at, stabbed, fought, ni**as suing me, ni**a. Today I read on the internet, ni**a, they said I lost 7 million, shit! What I’ma do now? Is Popeyes hiring? Seven million, he must be broke!”

Rainey, a former contestant on Game’s VH1 reality show “She’s Got Game,” claims the rapper sexually assaulted her during their off-camera date at a Chicago sports bar in 2015. She sued him for $10 million in Aug. 2015, but he didn’t show up to court. An Illinois court ordered him to pay $7.13 million in damages to Rainey. After appealing the initial ruling, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court’s ruling.

Game, who previously called Rainey a “thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite,” addressed his accuser during his onstage rant. “Fuck a bitch that’s suing!” he said.

He is now gearing up to release his final album Born 2 Rap on Nov. 29. Tonight, he is set to drop his new single “Stainless” featuring Anderson .Paak.
