Tyga is moving to Bel-Air.
Fresh off signing a new record deal, the Grammy-nominated rapper has leased a hillside mansion in Bel-Air, Calif. for $58,000 a month.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the two-acre estate, which is on the market to purchase at $12.88 million, has sweeping views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Built this year, the three-story home boasts a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse and a 70-foot swimming pool.
Other features include 12-to-18-foot ceilings, an open-concept kitchen, and a master suite with dual bathrooms and a lounge under sloping ceilings. Overall, there are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, totaling 14,586 square feet.
Tyga’s new crib is about four miles from his ex Kylie Jenner, who purchased a Beverly Hills Post Office mansion last year with Travis Scott for $13.45 million.
Tyga recently signed a multi-million dollar deal with Columbia Records and is gearing up to release his new single “Mamacita” featuring Carlos Santana on Friday. He will also host his first-ever Halloween event, “Mamacita of the Dead,” in Hollywood on Oct. 29-30.
