Lil Uzi Vert is giving back in a big way.
The Grammy-nominated rapper agreed to pay a Temple University student’s $90,000 tuition, and it was all captured on video. While walking through a department store in Philadelphia on Thursday night, Uzi ran into a fan named Raheel Ahmad, who asked if he would give him $90,000 for his college tuition.
“Can you pay for my college tuition?” asked Ahmad before Uzi stopped in his tracks to ask him how much. “Ninety grand, I go to Temple, bro,” replied Ahmad.
“Ninety grand? I could pay for that,” said Uzi before revealing the terms of his donation, including that the student finish school. “But this is the thing, though. If I pay for your college tuition, are you going to finish college or are you going to bullshit?”
After Ahmad vowed to keep his end of the deal, Uzi then asked for his Instagram handle and told him to send all his transcripts. “If you don’t show me, you won’t get 90 grand,” he said.
On Friday, the generous rapper also teamed up with Yo Gotti on their new collaboration “Pose.”
