Drake brought out the stars once again at OVO Fest.
While headlining the second night of his 9th annual festival in Toronto on Monday (Aug. 5), he was joined by 12 surprise guests including Cardi B, Chris Brown, Offset, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Lil Baby, Gucci Mane, DaBaby, Tyga, and YG.
The Hot Girl herself, Megan Thee Stallion, brought the heat across the border. The Houston rapper had the crowd singing and twerking along as she performed “Big Ole Freak.” “Make some noise for Megan Thee Stallion, killin’ this shit,” said Drizzy.
Meek Mill joined the 6 God onstage for “Going Bad,” while the Bawse kept it going with “B.M.F.” “This man is my favorite rapper, he always has been. In my top 5, of course, up there with Wayne, up there with Hov, up there with the greats,” said Drake before performing their “Money in the Grave” collaboration.
“There’s one girl that’s just doing it a little harder,” said Drake while introducing Cardi B. “I feel like it’s only right that I exit the stage and leave you in the company of grace and greatness.”
Cardi then popped up on the Budweiser Stage as the crowd erupted in cheers. She threw off her shoes before performing “Press” and “Bodak Yellow.”

After her surprise set, she thanked Drake. “Thank you @champagnepapi for bringing me out at OVO fest !shit was 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” she wrote on Instagram. “You see I would do a CardiO fest in The Bronx but ya can’t even behave in Bity Island.”
Less than one year after squashing their beef, Chris Brown joined his former rival on stage for a medley, starting with their top 10 smash “No Guidance.” He kept the thrills coming with a series of solo hits including “Party, “Freaky Friday,” “Pills & Automobiles,” and “Loyal.”
“Can you make some noise for the legend, coming all the way out here to f**k with y’all tonight?” said Drake. “You gotta come back more often. They love you.”
“If I can get across the border, we good,” joked Breezy, whose last time in Canada was eight years ago.
The star-studded evening capped off with fireworks over the Toronto skyline. The prior night, B2K brought its “Millennium Tour” to OVO Fest with special guests Mario, Pretty Ricky, Lloyd, Ying Yang Twins, and Bobby V.
