Dr. Dre is putting his mansion on the market.

The hip-hop tycoon has listed his longtime home in Woodland Hills, Calif. for $5.25 million. According to the Los Angeles Times, the 16,200-square-foot French country-style manor sits on more than half an acre in the guard-gated community of Westchester County Estates.

Built in 1987 and extensively updated, the eight-bedroom, 13-bath estate has an expansive gated driveway, four-car garage, and two kitchens, plus a 250-bottle wine cellar, movie theater, and an elevator. The family room includes a custom 150-gallon fish tank, while the grand lanai features a wet bar and an indoor jacuzzi.

The landscaped grounds hold an Olympic-sized saltwater pool, patios, and fire pit. A flat-screen television is built into the sitting area near the pool.

The 54-year-old founder and chief executive of Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics, who Forbes named the second wealthiest rapper with $800 million, bought the home in 1999 for $2.35 million.

He owns multiple properties in the Los Angeles area, including a Brentwood estate that he bought from Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen for $40 million in 2014. Last year, he purchased a Calabasas compound with a recording studio for $4.9 million. His real estate portfolio also includes a $4.7 Malibu mansion and a $2.25 million home in Pacific Palisades.
