Snoop Dogg is not down with 6ix9ine.
The West Coast veteran is putting the incarcerated rapper on blast after he “snitched” on members of his former crew, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. 6ix9ine has reportedly been cooperating with prosecutors in his federal racketeering case, with the hopes that it leads to his early release from prison.
But Tha Doggfather made it clear that he does not condone snitching. “Let that [rat] rot,” he wrote in response to an Instagram post from DJ Akademiks about 6ix9ine’s new attorney. “G code.”
Tekashi has been behind bars since November, but could walk free after fulfilling his obligations as part of his agreement with authorities. He recently hired JAY-Z and 21 Savage’s lawyer Alex Spiro to represent him in the case.
Snoop is not the only one who is not a Tekashi fan. YG has been vocal about his disdain for the “FEFE” hitmaker. His song “Stop Snitchin” off his album Stay Dangerous was reportedly inspired by 69. He debuted the track at Coachella while performing in front of photos of 6ix9ine.
6ix9ine’s ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, who is a high-ranking member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, also put his former client on blast for snitching. “This n***a, he broke every code and every rule out this motherfu**er,” he said during a phone call from prison. “He’s an ungrateful rat bastard, man. It’s just that simple. But I forgive the little ni**a after all that.”
