Another one. DJ Khaled is adding to his real estate portfolio with another mega-mansion.
The hip-hop mogul has purchased an oceanfront crib in Miami Beach for $21.75 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The modern, two-story estate sold for $4.15 million under its $25.9 million asking price.
The 12,750-square-foot residence sits on one-acre grounds and boasts five bedrooms, an expansive great room, and eat-in kitchen with a center island. The master suite is accessed by a floating staircase. The backyard includes an 80-foot swimming pool with a two-story gazebo and kitchen area, plus a guesthouse with four additional bedrooms.
The “No Brainer” hitmaker will be able to decorate his new crib with his lavish line of furniture. He recently launched his We the Best Home interior design line, including gold lions, Major Key beds and sofas, and even a $2,500 red velvet throne.
Khaled, whose new album Father of Asahd is due later this year, will be splitting his time between Miami and L.A. In 2017, he purchased a home in a guard-gated community in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. The $9.9 million French Normandy-style home was previously owned by singer Robbie Williams.
