Swae Lee was left with a bloody lip after a fan encounter.

During Rae Sremmurd’s “Dazed & Blazed Summer 2018 Amphitheater Tour” with Wiz Khalifa at Dallas’ Starplex Pavilion on Sunday night (Aug. 26), an overzealous fan apparently wanted a selfie and threw their phone onstage, hitting Swae in the face and busting his lip open. It also knocked out part of his tooth.

As blood gushed from his lip, an upset Swae threatened to sue the fan. “I’m finna sue your ass. On my mama, I’ma sue your ass,” he said holding the perpetrator’s ID and attempting to read the name aloud.

“You throwin’ that shit like a motherfu**in’ baseball. I’m up here trying to put on a show for y’all,” he continued before Slim Jxmmi tried to carry him away.

He later took to Twitter to recount the incident, which landed him in the hospital. “My lip is fucked up this dumb ass girl through her phone on stage like a baseball y’all gotta have more common sense than that my shit is fucked might miss a few days of tour,” he tweeted.

After seeing a doctor and getting stitches, he picked up some Star Wars and Finding Nemo Band-Aids. While he vowed to pursue legal action, he later decided against it. In fact, he said he wasn’t mad at the fan and told them to make eye contact the next time they want a selfie.

“I ain’t suing you guys,” he wrote on Instagram Stories. “Fans get excited, it’s all love. But if y’all want me take pics, wait for me to make eye contact.”
