AstroWorld is getting closer to completion.

Just this week, Travis Scott flew an all-star team of producers to Hawaii to finish work on the long-awaited follow-up to 2016’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.

Videos and photos have popped up on social media (via Complex) showing Scott in the studio with hitmakers including Mike Dean, NAV, Gunna, Don Toliver, Sheck Wes, Allen Ritter, Amir “Cash” Esmailian, Frank Dukes, Sonny Digital, WondaGurl, and Wheezy.

Before the studio sessions, Travis and Kylie Jenner were reportedly in Honolulu with their daughter Stormi enjoying some down time in a “massive Airbnb rental” with its own recording studio. They soaked up the sun on a private beach before Kylie and Stormi returned to L.A. and Travis went back to work on AstroWorld.

Earlier in the week, producer FKI 1st teased a sequel to “Drugs You Should Try It.” The original appeared on Scott’s 2014 mixtape Days Before Rodeo. It’s unclear if Part 2 will land on AstroWorld.

In May, Travis dropped the album’s first new music with “Watch” featuring Kanye West and Lil Uzi Vert. Now fans are eagerly awaiting a release date for AstroWorld.

“It might be the best music that I made,” Travis told British GQ Style last year. “They tore down AstroWorld [an amusement park] to build more apartment space [in 2005]. That’s what it’s going to sound like, like taking an amusement park away from kids. We want it back. We want the building back. That’s why I’m doing it. It took the fun out of the city.”
