XXXTentacion will not only leave behind a musical legacy, but a child as well.

His mother, Cleopatra Bernard, has revealed that the late rapper was expecting a baby with his girlfriend, something he reportedly knew about weeks ago.

Bernard shared an ultrasound photo with the caption: “He left us a final gift.”

Based on the sonogram, X’s girlfriend was just over 8 weeks pregnant when the photo was taken on April 23, and now she’s about 4 months pregnant. That would put her due date somewhere around mid-November.

The mystery girlfriend is not his ex, Geneva Ayala. He did not reveal the news publicly because he wanted her to have a stress-free pregnancy, reports TMZ. Prior to his death, XXXTentacion was facing trial on multiple felony charges in connection with allegedly assaulting Ayala, who was pregnant at the time.

Earlier this week, Ayala expressed her sadness over X’s death. “It’s disgusting that people are speaking for me,” she tweeted. “I don’t care if no one cared about me however many months ago, I didn’t lose my life. He did. It’s permanent. I’m still here. Like how do you think that makes me feel? Everyone expecting me to be relieved or happy?! No, i’m broken.”

XXXTentacion, 20, was shot and killed as he was leaving a motorsports dealership in Deerfield Beach, Fla. on Monday (June 18). Dedrick Devonshay Williams, 22, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
