Tory Lanez is not taking any days off. Just months after the release of his sophomore album Memories Don’t Die, the Canadian singer-rapper unleashes his new single “Talk to Me” featuring Rich the Kid.
The summer-ready banger is another one for the ladies. “I’ve got one night for you, baby,” sings Swavey. “So hop out the clothes, let them drop to the floor.”
During an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, Tory revealed how he met Rich the Kid. “I’ve known Rich for a couple of years now,” he said. “I knew him through this dude named Kirk, he’s Sean Kingston’s brother. It was him, Famous Dex, and a couple of them.”
Tory also announced his next project, Love Me Now?, which will include collaborations with Chris Brown, Bryson Tiller, 2 Chainz, Gunna, Lil Baby, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and PnB Rock.
Additionally, he is readying his Spanish language project, El Agua, which will feature Nicky Jam, Farruko, and possibly J Balvin. Earlier this month, he dropped the first single “Pa Mí” featuring Ozuna.
Both projects are due this summer. “While I’m putting this other project out [El Agua] for all my Spanish fans, I’m putting the Love Me Now? out for my English fans and I’m just in a great space,” said Tory.
