Jay Rock continues to deliver visuals off his new album Redemption. Following “WIN” and “The Bloodiest,” the TDE rapper re-ups with another video for “OSOM” featuring J. Cole.
The dark and suspenseful clip, directed by Jack Begert and Dave Free of The Little Homies, opens with Rock and Cole in a motel room after a bloody incident. As Jay washes the blood off his hands, they concoct a plan and hide their stash of cash.
But paranoia sets in as Rock rides through the city feeling as though someone is out to get him. Cole also feels as though he’s being watched when he goes to the gas station and visits his girl’s crib. While Rock thinks it’s some bad weed, Cole informs him that it might be more than that.
In the final scene, a burning shopping cart rolls by and two men pull up on them with guns. The screen flashes “out of time.”
Jay Rock’s third album Redemption is out now featuring additional appearances from Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Future, and Jeremih.
