Kanye West wants to bury the beef.

Fresh off the release of his new album ye, the rapper took to Twitter to call for peace. “I’ve never been about beef,” tweeted Kanye. “I’m about love lines were crossed and it’s not good for anyone so this is dead now.”

While he doesn’t mention names, his tweet is likely a reference to Drake and Pusha-T’s ongoing feud, which has fired up the internet over the past week.

Drake took shots at Kanye on his “Duppy Freestyle.” “So if you rebuke me for working with someone else on a couple of Vs, what do you really think of the ni**a that’s making your beats?” he raps. “I’ve done things for him I thought that he never would need / Father had to stretch his hands out and get it from me.”

Pusha shot back in defense of Ye on his Drake diss “The Story of Adidon.” “How dare you put ‘Ye in my verses?” he raps. “I’m selfish, I want all of the curses.”

Kanye released his 7-track album ye on Friday (June 1) featuring appearances from Nicki Minaj, John Legend, Young Thug, Jeremih, Charlie Wilson, Kid Cudi, Ty Dolla $ign, and more.
