Vince Staples is back to blasting R. Kelly. After calling him a “fool” during a Twitter tirade last year, the Def Jam rapper bashed the controversial singer during a Coachella interview over the weekend.

“You don’t go to prison if you’re a black entertainer, only if you’re a black gangster rapper,” he said. “I’m switching my whole path. Think about it. R. Kelly never went to jail and he’s a fucking child molester.”

When asked to stop speaking about R. Kelly by host Nadeska Alexis, Staples double down. “He’s a child molester and he pees on people, and he can’t read or write, and he didn’t go to jail,” added Staples. “I’m a good person. R. Kelly is a piece of fucking shit. Piece of fucking shit R. Kelly didn’t go to jail for being a child molester, peeing on people, and having a human trafficking ring in Atlanta, then I’ll be alright.”

Alexis said she was worried his comments would get her fired during her first year with Coachella. Staples continued. “They should have booked R. Kelly if they liked R. Kelly so much,” he responded. “He would have pissed on somebody in the crowd because he pees on children.”

Last year, Staples also criticized R. Kelly. At the time, he called him a “fool.” “Look, I won’t deny the music y’all don’t deny the pee pee,” he added. “Deal? Cool.”

Multiple people have also accused R. Kelly of improper acts throughout the years. In 2008, he was acquitted on 14 charges of making child pornography in a case that focused on a video tape that was said to feature the singer urinating on a 14-year-old girl.

This year, R. Kelly was also accused of keeping a 14-year-old girl as a sex “pet.” Last year, other people accused him of underage sex, physical abuse, and housing women in a “cult”-like environment. He denied those allegations and called them “crap.”
