Cardi B is taking over “The Tonight Show.” She’s already been a guest and performer on the nightly program. But now, she’s set to make history as the show’s first-ever co-host.
The Bronx bombshell will perform and speak with Jimmy, before interviewing the night’s remaining guests with Fallon on Monday (April 9), Deadline reports. It’s the first time the show has ever had a “co-host,” according to NBC.
This will mark Bardi’s third showing on “The Tonight Show.” She previously appeared as a guest in December and also as a performer in September, when she did “No Limit” with G-Eazy.
It’s a big month for Cardi. On Friday, she will release her debut album, Invasion of Privacy. Plus, she is set to perform on “SNL” the following day.
Cardi has been prepping for her album in spite of pregnancy rumors. This week, she unloaded her latest single, “Be Careful,” and the video for “Bartier Cardi” featuring 21 Savage and a cameo from Offset.
