Earlier this week, Fabolous was arrested for allegedly assaulting his longtime girlfriend, Emily Bustamante. Now, new details have emerged about the alleged attack.
The 40-year-old rapper reportedly punched Emily B seven times, damaged two of her teeth, and threatened her, her father, and brother in Englewood, New Jersey, according to court documents obtained by NorthJersey.com.
This altercation reportedly stemmed from an incident that took place on March 7, when Fabolous was in Los Angeles on a business trip. She says he “became enraged” when he discovered that she was also in L.A. via Instagram, according to the docs.
During her flight home, Bustamante claims Fabolous sent her texts about wanting to strike her in the head with a baseball bat and wanting to kill her. However, she said he “did not want to go out like that.”
Later, Bustamante claims that Fabolous punched her in the face seven times, “causing severe damage to her two front teeth,” which she says she eventually lost.
“The victim called her father to remove two handguns from the residence due to her fear that they may be used against her,” reads the affidavit. Fabolous reportedly confronted her, her father, and brother about it, before looking for the weapons.
“When he could not locate the guns, the defendant left the house, but not before informing the victim, her father and her brother that he had a bullet for them,” the document adds.
Fabolous reportedly turned himself in to law enforcement officials on Wednesday (March 28) at approximately 8:30 p.m. He was booked for two felonies, aggravates assault and making terroristic threats. He has yet to address the matter publicly. His latest Instagram post reads: “Your strongest enemy’s the one who knows your weak spot.”
