Kanye West is making a change. Yeezy has officially cut ties with longtime manager Izvor “Izzy” Zivkovic, according to Billboard.
Scooter Braun, who was brought in as a co-manager in 2016, is expected to take on all management duties, according to the report. CAA still represents the G.O.O.D. Music boss.
Zivkovic has reportedly been by Kanye West’s side since 2010’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. It’s unclear what led to the shift, and he’s yet to address the reports publicly. He also manages Arcade Fire, Banks, Jack Garratt, and Kevin Garrett.
West has been crafting his next album. Recently, he reportedly recorded new material in Wyoming, where Nas, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, and others joined him. In addition to a solo LP, he is also rumored to be working on a G.O.O.D. Music compilation and a Kid Cudi collaborative project.
This weekend, Yeezy took an apparent break from recording. He attended the March for Our Lives rally in Washington, D.C. with his wife Kim Kardashian and their oldest daughter, North West.
