Lauryn Hill’s son Joshua Omaru Marley is giving fans a sneak peek of an exclusive Drake and L Boogie collaboration. Although he didn’t leak the full track, he did share a snippet of it on Snapchat.

The portion that was previewed finds Drizzy rhyming over a sample of “Ex-Factor,” a standout from Hill’s 1998 classic album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

The “God’s Plan” rapper appears to be rhyming about independent women on the track. “You’ve been inside, know you like to lay low,” he raps. “I’ve been peepin’ what you bringing to the table / Working hard, girl, everything paid for.”

Marley captioned the Snapchat video of himself with “Drake x Mom…Nobody has this but me.” In another clip, he added: “And i ain’t giving nobody shit.”

It’s unclear if this is an official collaboration, or just Drake rapping over the sample. In the past, Drizzy rhymed over a different L Boogie sample. His “Draft Day” single pulls inspiration from “Doo Wop (That Thing).”

Drizzy, who is working on a new album in Toronto, has praised Ms. Hill in the past. In 2014, he welcomed her to his annual OVO Fest. It remains unclear where this song is meant to land.

The snippet arrives just as Hill joins the Pitchfork Music Festival lineup. The former Fugees star will headline as part of a 20-year celebration of her critically-acclaimed album Miseducation. The festival, which also features Chaka Khan, Tame Impala, Raphael Saadiq, Open Mike Eagle, Noname, and DRAM, is set to take place July 20-22 in Chicago.
