It’s almost time to roll the dice. Big Sean and Metro Boomin are joining forces on their collaborative album Double or Nothing, which arrives this week.

The black and grey album cover features Sean and Metro silhouetted in front of a wall backdrop. Boomin is sporting a Darth Vader pendant around his neck, while the Detroit MC rocks two “Don Life” chains. Ominous clouds peak out of the top left corner.

Recently, the guys spoke about why it was important to link up on a joint project. “To try to do it all by yourself — that’s the ego talking,” said Sean. “Sometimes ego gets you in trouble. You’ve got to be aware enough to have your teammates around.”

Metro explained why he enjoys working with one rapper at a time. “I was born in ’93,” he said, “and a lot of projects [from that era] had one producer, maybe two. They sounded more cohesive — better as a whole.”

This will be Sean’s second full-length of the year after I Decided., while Metro teamed up with NAV (Perfect Timing) and 21 Savage and Offset (Without Warning).

Double or Nothing drops Dec. 8.
