Drake may have a slew of television and film projects on his table, but that doesn’t mean he’s leaving music behind. A new snippet reveals just a sample of what Drizzy may have in store when it comes to new material.
Over a thumping instrumental, the 6 God can be heard reflecting on an early morning lover. “Don’t pull up at 6 a.m. to cuddle with me,” he sing-raps on the track. “You know how I like it when you lovin’ on me.”
The teaser arrives shortly after Drake announced that new music is “coming.” “I’m always working for you,” he said during a recent “Boy Meets World Tour” date. “I’m never sitting around wasting time. I got shit coming. Don’t worry.”
Drizzy is currently working on a new album, a follow-up to this year’s More Life and last year’s Views. In July, he also previewed a new song while working out.
Outside of teasing new music, Drizzy also found time to hang out with “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven on the hit Netflix series, at one of his Australian shows.
