Jaden Smith is ready to roll out his highly-anticipated debut SYRE: A Beautiful Confusion. The actor-rapper has unleashed the trailer and a series of visual and audio snippets via social media.
A tearful Smith appears in the teaser, which was published on Twitter. With watery eyes, the eccentric artist finds himself laying down as the sun sets behind. “I don’t want to die,” he sings in an ominous tone. “I don’t want to live a lie.”
The album has been “3 years In The Making,” but the wait for his solo debut full-length effort is over Nov. 17. While SYRE: A Beautiful Confusion might be its full title, Jaden has also referred to it as: “SYRE, The Story Of A Boy Who Chased The Sunset Till It Chased Him.”
A series of video snippets have made it onto Jaden’s Instagram page, including titles like the trap-infused “The Passion,” the acoustic guitar strumming of “Lost Boy,” and the hypnotic bounce on “George Jeff.” Another track seems to be titled “I Don’t Wanna Cry.”
All of the videos appear to have been captured at sunset, with neon-pink skies. One of them claims that the SYRE movie was scored by Ricky Eat Acid.

SYRE follows a slew of Jaden releases throughout the year, including “Diamonds V1,” “Watch Me,” and “Batman.”
