Boosie Badazz is opening up the pages of his “Dirty Diary” in the video for his latest single, a reflective anthem about life and its perils.

Directed by Samir Urbina, the sleek clip finds a shirtless Boosie laying down on a red carpet with a notebook and a pen. Scribbling inside of his pad, the controversial rhymer details stories about incarcerated friends and family-based feuds.

“This should make you buy my album five times,” he raps on the track, while continuing to write inside of his journal. “Me giving you my dirty diary.”

It is currently unclear where “Dirty Diary” will end up, but it could be meant for Lil Boosie’s next album. Back in April, the Baton Rouge MC claimed that his next release would be the Tupac Shakur-inspired BooPac.

“I know it’s going to be a big ol’ thang,” he said. “But it’s in my heart. That’s what I wanna do. I’m naming it BooPac. It’s a double disc, 26 songs, because I’m my generation’s Tupac.”
