Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashians. The model claims that the family used their “power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season” of “Rob & Chyna,” according to TMZ.
However, E! network insiders say that the allegations are false, and that they could not film the second season because Chyna refused to be in the same room as Rob. In June, the reality television star filed a restraining order against Kardashian.
On top of the aforementioned hurdle for filming, E! was not happy with the first season’s ratings, according to sources.
But Chyna is also suing the Kardashian family for battery, claiming that Rob grabbed her phone and knocked her down during a domestic violence incident that allegedly took place in April. She also claims that Rob tore a bedroom door off its hinges and that he threatened to kill himself repeatedly.
Text message evidence is provided in the suit, with Rob allegedly texting statements like: “I’m literally on the verge of killing myself and u couldn’t care less,” and, “I will kill myself just to show U how serious I was about u and all this.”
Rob also accuses Chyna of being with Tyga, the father of her son, King Cairo, in the midst of threatening messages about taking his own life. “Trust me I’m About to be gone from life,” he says in another text excerpt. “U won’t have to worry about hearing from me again. On dreams life.”
Additionally, Chyna says that Rob sent her a photo of pills that he promised to take in order to kill himself if she did not respond to text messages.
Rob and Chyna have a daughter named Dream Renée Kardashian, who was born in November of last year.
