50 Cent isn’t one to shy away from voicing his opinions. While promoting his upcoming “50 Central” variety program on BET, the G-Unit General opened up about a series of topics during a lengthy sit-down with Hot 97.

Speaking with “Ebro in the Morning,” Fif discussed “Power,” his Jimmy Iovine rift, and G-Unit’s current state of affairs. Plus, he talked about Prodigy’s passing, Cardi B’s impact, JAY-Z’s 4:44, and his longstanding beef with Ja Rule.

But 50 also sounded off on President Donald Trump, revealing that he declined the opportunity to endorse him as a presidential candidate. “Before he got elected, they was having issues with the African-American vote,” he said. “They wanted to pay me $500,000 as part of the campaign to make an appearance. I was like, ‘Nah. That’s not good money.’ Man, I’m not gonna do that. That’s not worth it.”

Fif went on to say that Trump’s presidency has “divided people” and addressed Kanye West’s meeting with the current POTUS. “He made an appearance at the Trump,” he said. “Marketing for the Trump. This has nothing to do with what you’re saying to me. It’s just, come and see me and promote. You can see the president in the lobby.”

Read additional quotes from the interview below.

On “Power”: “It’s already the second highest rated show on all of premium cable, only behind ‘Game of Thrones,’ [which is] in its final season now, so we’re going to top the numbers and it’s a third of what they spent on ‘Game of Thrones.'”

On Jimmy Iovine Feud: “When Russell [Simmons] does Phat Farm, we do G-Unit, Sean John, Roc-A-Wear, a lot of things happened. He led us into that space. I was like, ‘That’s a cool space. I’m gonna do SMS, following [Beats by Dre].’ … They treated it like I was a direct competitor. How can you do what you need to do for the music when you feel like I’m your competing company?”

On G-Unit: “They have to get it together. As far as G-Unit, they have personality issues. They’re grown men now. It’s different. They’re moving at a different pace.”

On Prodigy’s Death: “It was like a new CD came out because he passed away, that boost of energy that people had. Love me while I’m here. Don’t love me when I’m gone.”

On Cardi B: “The things she was saying for shock value connected with ho culture and it was entertaining because they were not familiar with people just saying those things. I think when B.I.G. was designing Kim, he was designing a ho. A lot of times, the things in the lyrics was saying, ‘You gotta have the money to fuck with me.’ That was the overall premise of the Lil’ Kim format.”

On JAY-Z’s 4:44: “I thought it was too smart. It’s in my car right now. I’m listening to the records. I still like the records. You still need it.”

On Ja Rule Beef: “We could not have had unity at that point because we had real issues. Things are different…Because Ja and them were successful first, people already developed relationships. Angie [Martinez], I would watch her in interviews and she would be uncomfortable. They played Monopoly together and stuff like that. I knew all of it. I’d look and I like Angie. She never did nothing to me in my career, but I knew they had their relationship…And she loves JAY-Z. She loves Jay.”

On Ja Rule’s “New York”: The problem was, I liked the record. So, when it came on, I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna fuck them up.'”

On President Donald Trump: “His presidency is an accident. If you were a president by accident, you might do some of the things Donald Trump is doing. I think he was doing that to build his profile for a bigger deal on television and everything else. It’s why Puff is doing Rock the Vote with no involvement to anything, just catching to the campaign, and going with it.”
