Drake continues to pay tribute to icons with ink. After showing off Aaliyah, Lil Wayne, and Sade tattoos, Drizzy has added Denzel Washington to his body canvas.
Famed tattooer Inal Bersekov shared the new piece with his followers over the weekend, noting that it was still unfinished. According to Bersekov, this was only after the first session of the portrait, which is of Washington as Bleek Gilliam in the 1990 Spike Lee film, Mo’ Better Blues.

But Drake didn’t stop with the Denzel artwork. In fact, he also commissioned Bersekov for a portrait of his late friend Fif, who was recently killed. The miniature piece features the words “FOREVER FIF” above it on Drizzy’s bicep.
On Friday, Drake also offered some words about his fallen OVO affiliate. “RIP to one of our family members…our brother,” he wrote. “I still can’t even believe this morning was real. It was a honor to have shared years together and I will always keep your memory alive 😔Forever Fif.”

This year, Drake has added a slew of new tattoos, including pieces to commemorate More Life, Drakkar Noir, Sade, and Lil Wayne. He also told Celine Dion that he wants to get her face tattooed on his ribs.
