iLoveMakonnen and Rae Sremmurd head to the beach in the video for their rock-tinged collaboration “Love.”

Produced by Mike WiLL Made-It, the energetic production soundtracks Makonnen’s heartache, as the object of his affection has another lover. Lonesome, he heads to a drive-in theater by the beach, where his buddies from Rae Sremmurd find their own issues with “Love.”

Dancing and smoking, Swae Lee gets caught up with Lindsey during the film, shortly before her friend who is “with” him finds out. Meanwhile, Uncle Jxm gets a bucket of popcorn thrown on his head, much to his dismay.

But iLoveMakonnen and Rae Sremmurd get over the heartache pretty quickly. All three bounce back from the sadness with their middle fingers up at a dance-filled party, where they’re surrounded by tiki torches, surfboards, and food trucks.

Earlier this week, Makonnen spoke with Rap-Up about the single and why it’s a return to his “home team.” “We’ve known each other for years now, before we had notoriety,” he explained. “Mike WiLL was the most successful person we knew. In Atlanta, he introduced us, and he was always working with us. So, we’ve always worked on music together, before ‘Tuesday’ came out. We’ve been friends before that whole fiasco happened when I went off and went with OVO.”
