In preparation for his big stage battle with Timbaland, Swizz Beatz previewed a new collaboration with Lil Wayne. The high-energy production reuses a Weezy line from Drake’s “Forever,” while allowing him to flex with “Game of Thrones” references.
“Swizzy on the beat, I’ll beat your ass like Khaleesi,” raps Wayne. “Tunechi in this bitch, eyes looking like konnichiwa / Pistol on my side, you don’t want that thing to scream at ya / Laughing when you die, boy, my pistol a comedian.”
Taking to Instagram, Swizzy teased the track while promoting his upcoming beat battle with Timbo. “That’s how you feel @timbaland?” he asked. “ok I’m reloaded 🚀 we can battle on stage with the hits and new beats plus battle with the Albums and drop them on the same day I’m with all the smoke 💨💨💨💨 BRONX NYC!!!!!!!! I’m in a good mood !!!!!!!!! Let’s Gooooooooooooooooioooooo! Shout out Wayne killing it! #mclaren720 💨New wayne off my Album.”

Playing Queen’s “Another One Bites the Dust,” Timbaland responded in his Tesla, bragging about how he doesn’t have to use gas. Plus, he delivered a playful jab. “Swizz bites the dust,” he sang while the classic track played in the background.

Swizz and Tim have been going back and forth with instrumental and remixes on Instagram, both claiming to prepare for a major beat battle on a “big stage.” In fact, The Monster even bragged about how they’re going to lock in “a venue and date ASAP.”
Swizzy has not dropped a new album since 2007’s One Man Band Man, but he’s been teasing new work for quite some time. He even shared a new JAY-Z, Nas, DMX, and Jadakiss collaboration during his February battle with Just Blaze. Meanwhile, Tim is working on a follow-up to 2009’s Shock Value II.
