Lana Del Rey unites with A$AP Rocky on a pair of new singles, “Summer Bummer” and “Groupie Love.”
The first of those is “Summer Bummer,” which finds the duo singing together with Playboi Carti’s ad-libs in the background. “She just might become my lover, for real,” they sing. “I might fuck her the whole summer, for real / They better not holler if I cuff her, for real / Ni**as better run for cover, for real.”
On “Groupie Love,” Rocky reflects on being his girl’s No. 1 fan. “Front row, every show, like a hype man,” he raps. “Sing along, word-for-word, watching my babe / Side stage, fans’ screaming causing migraines.”
Both songs are set to appear back-to-back on Lana’s upcoming album, Lust for Life, which also features “Love,” “Coachella – Woodstock In My Mind,” and The Weeknd-assisted “Lust for Life.” Stevie Nicks and Sean Ono Lennon are also on the LP, which is set to arrive July 21.
