Just days after being released from jail, Kodak Black is back with the remix to KYLE’s “iSpy” smash.

SuperDuperKyle’s first verse remains mostly intact. However, the buzzing MC inserts a line about his remix’s guest. “They freed Lil Kodak,” he raps. “The kid’s back, let’s throw somethin’.”

Then, Lil Kodak emerges with the second verse, taking Lil Yachty’s place. “I don’t ever wanna be doing features,” he raps. “I stay far away from these people / Said she love me, but I don’t believe her / Yeah, I want you, but I don’t need ya.”

“iSpy” has been a major hit for KYLE. The Lil Boat-assisted single, which peaked at No. 4, is currently No. 19 on the Hot 100.

This is Kodak’s first official release since he was freed from jail. Black was sentenced to 364 days for violating house arrest, but only served 97. He is now back on house arrest and must receive permission to travel for work.

Lil Kodak doesn’t want to stop with “iSpy” so he is looking into whether he can collaborate with rappers who have a criminal history, according to TMZ. The Florida MC has been barred from associating with felons, but his lawyer has filed documents for clarity on whether he can work with artists who have rap sheets. He is reportedly looking for exceptions for collaborators and family members.
