Lil Wayne is already embroiled in a $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money, but he’s ready to take Martin Shkreli to court too.

The Young Money boss is vowing to sue the controversial pharma mogul if he leaks any more songs off Tha Carter V, according to TMZ. He is also reportedly demanding that Shkreli give back his copy of the long-awaited unreleased album.

In December, Shkreli said he purchased Tha Carter V as a double album from an unnamed source. He also previewed a song from the project. Afterwards, he reportedly promised Wayne that he wouldn’t release another piece from the effort.

However, the pharma exec previewed two new songs earlier this month, including one featuring Kendrick Lamar. According to the report, Wayne responded with a cease and desist.

Weezy’s camp says that Shkreli is now aware that he will be sued the next time he leaks a portion of the album, as per the report.

Shkreli — who is best known for his controversial decision to raise the price of Daraprim, a drug used by AIDS patients, from $13.50 to $750 per pill — has beefed with rappers in the past. After purchasing Wu-Tang Clan’s one-of-one album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin for a reported $2 million, Shkreli also sparred with Ghostface Killah.
