Jaden Smith made quite the impression at the Met Gala last night. Now, he’s getting ready to make one in music.
Speaking with Vogue‘s Andre Leon Talley at the famed fashion event, the actor-MC-model explained what he’s up to these days.
“I’m doing the movie [Life in a Year] with Cara [Delevingne] in Toronto right now and then I also have a single called ‘Batman’ coming out shortly after Met Gala and then another single called ‘Watch Me’ with videos,” he said. “Then, my album [Syre] will be coming soon after that.”
Smith’s love for Batman is no secret. The 18-year-old has dressed up as the superhero on several occasions, including his high school prom and Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding.
Smith — who wore head-to-toe Louis Vuitton and brought his dreadlocks as an accessory to the Met Gala — confirmed the news on Twitter.
“And Yes I Have 2 Videos Dropping In The Next Month. #Syre #Batman #WatchMe,” he wrote.
In addition to his album Syre, Smith has announced plans to release a K-pop single in the “next four months.”
