Chris Brown’s legal battle with Karrueche Tran continues.

On Wednesday (Apr. 19), the model-actress’ restraining order hearing was postponed once again because she hasn’t been able to serve Breezy with legal docs.

Tran is alleging that Brown physically abused her in the past. She says he punched her and shoved her down a flight of steps. She also claims he threatened to kill her.

Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos told TMZ that the case is “doomed to failure” and insinuated that it was merely a publicity stunt. “A lot of people use Chris to enhance their profile,” he said.

Geragos was asked why he didn’t accept the legal docs on behalf of his client. “I’m not here to help anybody increase their profile for self-promotion,” he replied.

Earlier this month, Brown felt betrayed by Tran’s rumored relationship with Migos’ Quavo. He also reportedly believes that the two new lovers worked in concert to file for this restraining order.

Breezy is currently on his “Party Tour,” which runs through May 23 in Los Angeles.
