Machine Gun Kelly is ready to Bloom this spring. The Cleveland rapper has announced a title and release date for his third album.
Due May 12, the cover art for Bloom shows thorns and a rose emerging from his hand. According to MGK, no Photoshop was used. “the thorns in my hand were done by a special FX make up artist,” he tweeted. “that wasn’t photoshopped.”

Bloom has already spawned the hit single “Bad Things” featuring Camila Cabello, which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. A second single, “At My Best,” featuring Hailee Steinfeld was released earlier this month.
Bloom is the follow-up to 2015’s General Admission and MGK’s 2012 debut Lace Up, both of which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. “at this point, i don’t feel the pressure to prove anything to anyone,” tweeted the rapper. “they always hate, then switch up when u do something good again.”
Next up, MGK is planning to take his new music on the road. “tour needs to come sooner. I wanna be with the fans again,” he wrote. “drown everything out with the music again. be drunk + laugh every night again.”
