DJ Khaled went from securing many bags to securing a new mansion. The Snapchat King has purchased a luxurious Beverly Hills home from British superstar Robbie Williams for $9.9 million, according to Variety.
This was a good deal for Khaled, who bought it for 10 percent under the $11 million asking price. Williams owned the home since 2002, when he purchased it from country musician Clint Black and actress Lisa Hartman for $5.45 million.
Khaled’s new crib will give him plenty of room to Snap. Located inside of the guard-gated Mulholland Estates development, the 10,681 square foot residence has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Sitting on three quarters of an acre, the lavish pad will also give Khaled’s two-month-old son Asahd play areas to enjoy, including “oversized rooms” and “endless entertaining areas,” according to the listing details.
Khaled is already working on the follow-up to last year’s Major Key. Recently, he hit the studio with Nas and last night, he continued working with Travis Scott. “I’m releasing the title of my new album soon,” he said via Snapchat on Monday (Jan. 9). “I can say soon. Soon come!”
